As a multi-language PRM, Channeltivity includes automatic translation functionality that presents page content in the user’s language. Whenever a user loads a page in your partner portal in a language other than English, Channeltivity automatically translates the page using machine learning-based translation.
We store all translations in your portal for faster load times, and you can edit them if necessary.
What Types of Content Are Automatically Translated?
Channeltivity PRM’s multi-language support currently extends to on-page text only. This includes all the text you see within your portal, such as the navigation, page text, in-app messages and dialogs, forms for deal registration, and the MDF module. The translation functionality within the PRM is intelligent and will exclude names, companies, data, files, and images from translation.
