Our customers entrust us to safeguard their data and partner program, and we take this responsibility seriously, every day. To meet this obligation to both our customers and ourselves, we maintain a mature security practice to ensure we meet or exceed expectations and continuously earn the trust our customers put in us.
Third party audits and security testing
Channeltivity’s customers include some of the world’s biggest brands and many security companies, so having regular independent review of our security controls demonstrates our commitment to safeguarding our customers’ data.
Channeltivity currently holds a SOC 2, Type II attestation for its core Channeltivity Platform offering, and completes annual audits by a registered third-party auditor.
In addition, Channeltivity has an ongoing contract with a third-party security firm that performs regular tests on our application, network and infrastructure and works closely with our internal security team to resolve any vulnerabilities.
GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
As a company with a global customer base, Channeltivity complies with major data protection and privacy regulations such GDPR and CCPA. Furthermore, the application implements best practices to help our customers with their own compliance efforts.
