Before we found Channeltivity, it was just a constant flow of one off requests – you get emails asking for sales content at midnight or 3am because of time differences, and there just really wasn’t an easy way to get content to our partners, especially to those we don’t have direct contact with like our indirect resellers.
Being able to pull all of our data under one umbrella for our sales team so they could go and find the resources that they need on demand, including current pricing and current product promotions, was very important to us.
We recently acquired another company, and on top of the over 3,000 partners that we have, we had to look at the needs of the new business as we were merging. They already had an established channel program, so we had to do an evaluation to decide which tools we were going to keep and which we were going to try to integrate together.
After looking at the solution they had and the solution we had, Channeltivity was still the solution for us because we were able to scale up and bring aboard their channel and still maintain our own channel to function as one overarching umbrella of InFocus.
Channeltivity is easy to use, flexible, scalable, and the customer service is amazing.
