The Challenge

Chequed, inc. was founded by industry veterans who had successfully built large reseller channels in previous companies. They knew exactly how they intended to grow their channel were seeking the right platform from the start. They recognized early that the pricing model of their CRM vendor’s PRM was not scalable for them. They also needed to profile their partners and have tools to manage the recruiting process that their CRM vendor lacked. Finally, being in the Predictive Performance business and knowing how fast they intended to grow their channel, they knew that measuring results of each partner was critical so they could learn rapidly and refine their partner profiles.
