We are excited to announce the launch of our new partner Training and Certification Module.  Available today, the new module allows you to train, test, and certify your channel partners right from within your partner portal. Our latest release also includes new features and improvements. Learn about these topics and more below:

Partner Training and Certification 

The Training and Certification Module gives you an integrated learning platform right within your PRM. Easily deliver training to both your Partners and internal channel partner training and certificationUsers, and test their knowledge using multiple choice exams. Automatically award Certifications to Users that successfully complete the required Courses in your Channeltivity portal – and in-person as well. Streamline your channel certification program with automatic expiration and useful reports right in the partner’s profile.

Channel Partners get an up-to-date and accurate view into their training and certifications right within their portal – no need to worry about single sign-on or multiple logins.

  • Easily upload training content consisting of text, videos, images, files and links.
  • Test your users’ knowledge with multiple choice Quizzes.
  • Specify which training needs to be completed to achieve a certification.
  • Control access by setting group permissions on individual Courses and Certifications
  • Track training activity that occurs both within Channeltivity and outside (e.g. seminars)

Other features:

  • Video files can now be uploaded directly to the Library and streamed in various formats across different devices. Supported formats are MP4, AVI, MOV, WMV, and MKV.
  • The redesigned MDF Request page makes it easier to scan for details such as statuses and balances.
