Expanded functionality enables customers to access Channeltivity from within Salesforce.com

Charlotte, N.C., November 9, 2015 – Channeltivity today announced significant enhancements to their popular Salesforce Edition, enabling organizations that heavily leverage Salesforce.com to seamlessly access and manipulate more Channeltivity data without ever leaving Salesforce.com.

The newly released Channeltivity Salesforce Edition features include:

  • Automatic Single Sign-On from Salesforce.com into Channeltivity.
  • From within Salesforce, quickly assign leads to partners in Channeltivity.
  • View, approve and update Deal Registrations from within Salesforce.
  • View a Partner Account’s key Channeltivity stats in Salesforce.

The new functionality builds upon the company’s already popular Channeltivity Salesforce Edition offering. Channel Managers that use Salesforce.com as their CRM often select it because it enables direct and indirect sales channels visibility into their entire pipeline, while being able to deliver Channeltivity’s powerful PRM-specific functionality to their partners.

Even with these enhancements, the Channeltivity Salesforce Edition continues to be configurable in minutes using a point-and-click wizard interface that can be completed without the need for IT assistance.

These new features are available for immediate use, and free of charge to Channeltivity Launch and Enterprise Salesforce Edition customers.
