The Problem:
Gomez had an active and growing partner population. One of the main goals of the Gomez PartnerFirst Program is enabling partner sales through closer communications, training and certification. Like most companies they were managing recruiting, partner enablement and ongoing engagement using email, spreadsheets and documents stored in an ever growing main drive.
